What if anything else do i need , ammonia,nitrate,nitrite,ph,alkalinity.

Phosphate - I like Nyos kits and find them easy to use/read results. Depending on water source, coral appearance/growth would test for calcium and magnesium as well.

I have the RS Marine Care test kit (Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, pH, Alk), the RS Foundation pro (Alk, Ca, Mg) and Hanna checkers for Alk, Phosphate and Calcium.

I find all of them easy to use, but I mostly use the Alk and Phosphate Hanna checkers and the NH3/NH4, NO2, NO3, Ca and Mg from RS.

You can by refills for the tests in the kits and also the reagents for the hanna tests
