got this on a zoa today at rap ID please

Went to rap got some zoas and dipped them and got a crap load of these guys that came off what are they. I dipped other corals to but they were only on this one frah of zoas what are they? I will toss them in qt till I get an id

hard to tell from pic but if you are able to qt I would. I would dip them 3-4 times with a day or to in between then I would feel ok to put them in dt. it is probably just some sort of copepod...

@Lionfish Lair might know. It might be the angle, but I've never seen something with that shape.

Is there a chance of another picture? I don't recognize it either.

it looks like a nymph of some kind, maybe mayfly or damselfly. How it got into saltwater I have no idea...

I will be dipping them soon if there any more I can get a different. Closest thing I have found so far is shrimp larvae

I figured it out it's damsel fly larve. I went to do a fresh water dip to get another picture. I scooped up a bowl of freash rodi water from the brute trash can and noticed more of them but this time there was no corals in there. Then check the trash can and it's loaded with them. They must have already been in there and I didn't notice till after I dropped the corals in. We had a BBQ out here last weekend and we did get some fly's in the house where I store my water. Never thought about that lol.

Would have never guessed my rodi storage container had bugs lol lesson learned and thanks for the help everyone even though it was a false alarm. On the bright side I had never setup my qt since I got the 150 as I have not bought anything for it everything came from my coner tank I broke down butan for some stuff laying around it is a sweet qt tank
