Got this rhomboid two days ago

Picked up this poor guy from a local shop two days ago. They had it for a week or so In a medicated tank. I brought it home l, acclimated it, and two days later its pretty bad.

Can anybody diagnose ?

Parasites leave a fish when it dies, so unless you are seeing an abnormal brownish red circle somewhere, it would be hard to tell from a postmortem picture. Can you describe how it looked and acted before perishing? How did you acclimate? Any bullies in your tank? What are your parameters? Ammonia?

It's still alive and swimming I had to catch him to get this pic, water parameters are near perfect, all my other fish and coral are doing great. No bullies in my tank.

I thought you were showing us a dead fish. In the water try to get nice and close pictures of anything that looks unusual. What are you tanks parameters? When was the tank setup? How did you acclimate the fish?

Got the fish Tuesday afternoon.. It looked pretty good at the store and was eating. I put it in my tank, it hung out for a little and then hid and didn't come out at all on Wednesday then today it literally floated out of its hiding spot and was breathing fast. That's when I grabbed it and took the pics....

It died... I put it in a cup with fresh water and a bunch of flukes came off of it
