I am collecting corals with natural white coloration.I currently have this foliose encrusted on a 2 inch plug for trade

Just curious is all but what is a "foliose". That looks like a monti to me and green at that. Though I may be missing something.

I believe it is a type of monti,it was sold to me as a " fully o sa".Foliose is the closet name I could find on the internet.I also tired to look it up on this forum with no success.I could be wrong ,I will get a more accurate I'D.

A while back someone on here was selling a white acro. It seriously was the color of a sheet of paper.

Wow ,I like the unusual color combo!I would like to arrange a trade.

I appreciate the offer, however I believe that particular coral is not naturally white.

Why is that?
It was white when bought, been white for the last 4 months and in the same tank as a ton of other thriving corals. Its certainly not bleached

When I first began this hobby I received a white frog spawn. After a period of many months it very slowly restored its proper colors in a healthy system.

This one was white for a long time in both my system and the one I got it from.

I saw a white-out, white spaghetti finger lather at seaworld once... til this day I dream of it. It was so strikingly beautiful and healthy!

I have a white favite. Its alive and well. Kinda old picture I will take a better one.
