I found this dude the first time when i was cleaning some live rock nd thought i killed it in the freshwater but he somehow survived in the rock and I saw him again yesterday going thru the sand bed and shot another pic.

Leave them alone, they're freaky but they just clean the tank of detritus, and what ever is dead or dying. There are some horror stories out there about bad worms, but those are rare, and you'll see evidence of their damage.
Here's a weird one I saw when I first introduced this rock almost three years ago, and I just saw it tonight grazing on algea from a frag plug

@bjledbetter: its a bristleworm, very important part of your cleanup crew.

@seamonkey84: looks like a peanut worm, does it 'roll' back on itself when light hits it?

I thought peanut worms had tendrils like spaghetti worms. But yes, it telescopes into itself, or like a sock being pushed inside out. which I though was really cool and gross at the same time.

Yea i knew it was a bristle worm. Little bugger got me when i was cleaning the lr thats how i found him then he just kinda strung out. It scared me so bad i dropped the rock. Just thought id share a pic of him. He is probably a foot long streched all the way out, Ive seen small ones but not but maybe one or two as big as him. Except the monster one that was on here a while back
