Tank Looking Great !! that eel is very beautiful! sorry about the gold flack angel, some angels are very hard to acclimate.

TSM posted few months ago a photo of a Dream fish. Just look at these beauties!! any chance they will replace the gold flack with one of them. -just kidding obviously-

He was a food eating monster and would push the other fish to the bottom of the tank during feeding time.
He'd eat an entire nori strip before the others had a chance.

He was not mean, but (lol) pestered the others all the time, just being nosy.

Might try something with TSM next year.

Not really happy with the scape (corals), but we'll get there. The space invader took a beating when I got out the Stripey...

Is right, you can mix wall and branching hammers...

The purple monti that's up front was always where the hammer's are now. Had it a long time, but never talked about that plate.

It does help, and I thought we were going to have to sell the wall hammer.

Fish are doing great.
The Regal pulled thru, pulling out all the scape, just fine.

Cowfish is doing great too.

We've fed the dwarf eel two times.
This guy is super micro.

That’s why I pay the extra coin for their fish as they eat the qt cost

We always go the Angelia's mom's to have Christmas breakfast on Christmas Eve morning and open presents after the meal.

I made a goofy call with the Hanna alk reagent. It was a low bottle and trusted the readings.
I kept dosing pure alk and when I opened a new reagent I was at 11.3 dkh. Should have know better because the cal was still spot on.

Turned off the GEO for about a day a a half and the alk had dropped to about 9 dkh and turned the GEO back on.

I got in the Red Sea screen top for the S-400 and hope to put it together during next week.

I understand the wanting to use that Hannah reagent til the very end I do we pay money for it so we should use all of it

Wrong as soon as the bottle get empty to me (some where around 20 test) I started tossing it the results are just everywhere and that was my only beef with Hannah once I found the tools to consitantly test every time

I hear ya and I know better too. Just was not paying attention to how low the reagent bottle was.

He has some small CBB's in qt and Ray holding one for me when their out of QT.

I hope this will be the last fish that we add.

I always loved CBB, but in my tank butterfly don't stand a chance!

I hope this will be the last fish that we add.

I can't count how many times I said that, after few days I start saying "I think there is a place for one more fish"

I wanted to get a small Achilles from TSM, but thought it might not fit with the Purple Tang.
The Purple always got along with the Powder Blue and the Purple has never shown aggression to other fish.

I really miss my ole Achilles.

Do you thing a small Achilles would get along with the Purple after the first day?

I am more worried about the Powder Blue , 2 Acanthurus's in 100 gallon hmmmm, I think the tank is small for an Achilles.

I lost the Power Blue months ago. Started off with constipation, but went down with swim bladder.

Got the Regal Angel and the Purple Tang, would the CBB be the better fit?

Both are great fish, I think CBB is a better fit, size-wise. you can keep the Achilles but you need to have plans for upgrade or relocating when it outgrows your tank
