GPH for a IM fusion 10.

I am upgrading the return pump and I can adjust the flow rate. Wondering what would be a good GPH rate for the IM fusion 10. The pump can go up to 326.

326gph max should be just fine for your 10g
I used an mj1200 with no speed control on a 14biocube @ 295GPH.
