Grad school with a reef tank?

It can be done absolutely, I’m in undergrad but also a NCAA Athlete who travels. I have some of the highest and rarest corals in the country and a amazing collection as well as building a 550 gallon system and having a 110g planted discus tank. I plan to go to PT school or dental school when I finish next spring. I also live on campus but my house with my tanks is only 15 minutes away which helps and is the major reason I’m able to buy and sell like I do.

Now the hard part, asking price for this tank, its a redsea max e 260 with ai hydra 26s, tunze ATO. ( I also have 50lbs live rock, flame angel, two bullet hole clowns, blue star lepoard wrasse, 1 anthia, rainbow bubble tip anemone, zoas, 2 leathers, and some montipora. I see noting online for this tank to compare it to... any ideas?
