Eventually the fastest growing zoa will over take the others in the zoa garden. Was wondering if a grafted Zoa would continued to grow in the colors of the two grafted , or will it go back to original colors as it grows?
I wish they did. As mentioned the faster grower seems to take over the others. For instance I have Pandora’s that grow like weeds and have to be carefully what I glue next to them since they’ll overgrow anything in its path.I thought that is how they get the various colors. Just curious before I make a purchase of any.
Pandoras are gorgeous I've got some. Yep very fast growers.I wish they did. As mentioned the faster grower seems to take over the others. For instance I have Pandora’s that grow like weeds and have to be carefully what I glue next to them since they’ll overgrow anything in its path.
They definitely will, why they were always seperated.Eventually the fastest growing zoa will over take the others in the zoa garden.
A zoa garden I would but on seperated rocks and push close together.
@DSC reef @Lovemyreef2015 you guys have amazing zoas and zoa garden
I've seen and had zoas graft but it was only a polyp or 2 and the rest of the zoas stayed the same color between the 2 colonies. My experience anyway.I thought that is how they get the various colors. Just curious before I make a purchase of any.
