Gramma attacking my damsel

Hi, so I had 3 yellow tail damsels in my QT tank and I noticed that 2 of them were really bullying one of them, all he’s fins were battered poor thing! So I decided to move him to my main tank to separate them only as soon as I added him my royal gramma is attacking him even worse it’s been 2 days now and he won’t stop! It’s so awful to watch! No matter what tank I put him in he’s getting bullied! Will my gramma end up killing the poor thing?

Put a mirror against the tank and rearrange the rocks if possible.

My final solution is to remove the bully fish for 3-5 days and then put it back. That's always fixed aggression for me.
