This grandma had fluke when I got it. I quarantined it with 30 days of copper, then 2 weeks of Prazi. I even did a fresh water dip when I first got it and I observed it had fluke.
The quarantine is over, I added him to the tank, he was ok for 2 months and now he is scratching. I have a mixed reef tank with Snails, Crabs, few corals.
Can I treat the display tank with prazi or should I weight it out?

Prazipro is generally reef safe as long as you aerate the tank well. Dose it twice, 8 or 9 days apart.
Some flukes are tough to control because they lay eggs and the eggs are not killed by prazi and hatch out later.

Would it kill the Crabs and or Snails? Right now it's only the Gramma should I treat or do the wait and see approach and see if it dies out?

If I does the display tank with Prazipro will it kill the Turbo snail or Hermits?
