Any idea what this could be? Cloudy dot right in the center of one eye.
He's still in quarantine with 2 clowns. Already went through prazi and 30 days of copper.
Dosed kanaplex yesterday but still no change (not sure how long something like this should take to clear up)
Kanaplex says to dose every 2 days but not more then 3 doses so i can do 2 more doses of that but is there anything else I should do if it doesnt clear up after the next 2 doses of kanaplex?
Would it likely heal on its own if i move him to display with the eye like that? He's eating fine and not showing any sign of anything being wrong otherwise.

If you're dosing kanaplex you'll want to ignore the "no more than 3 doses" thing. It's actually advised that you use antibiotics for 10-14 consecutive days.
Antibiotics are also notoriously slow working, so I'd expect not to see much improvement for a few days.

No cloudiness in the clowns eyes? I know you said you did prazi.. Was that for flukes or were you dosing prophylactically? No head twitching/yawning?

Honestly, I'd bet it'll clear up after a few days of kanaplex. You can ALSO dose Epsom salt at 1 tbsp per 5g. That may also help. You can do that twice with the second dose being two days later

Oh.. Just make sure the Epsom salt says USP on bag.

And to clarify first post. You'll treat 10-14 consecutive days per medication's instructions. For kanaplex that's every other day for 5-7 doses.

The prazi wasnt to treat anything specific i just plan to run all my fish through it and copper.
No cloudiness on the clowns and I havnt noticed any yawning or twitching or anything like that.
If it clears up in a few days is it ok to stop treatment and move them to display or do I need to complete the 10-14 days?
I was gonna leave the clowns with him in quarantine to treat them to just in case. Do u think this is necessary or would i be able to go ahead and add them to display if they dont show any signs

Yes you'll want to treat the full 10 days... Even if it starts looking better after a few.
I would also recommend keeping the clowns in qt during treatment too since they may have been exposed to whatever this is.

Ok sounds good. Is 10 days long enough for treatment or do I need to go 14?

Strange my radiant wrasse has the same issue! I don't know what it is!? So should I first...

Prazi
Kanaplex
Espon Salt....or all three? Plus air stone?

Is the wrasse in qt? Is it showing any other symptoms? Has it gone through prazi or gc yet?

Yes the wrasse is in a QT tank I just got him last night... he's very active and eating.... it's just his eyes which is strange?

Sorry, thought you were the OP
So this fish isn't exhibiting any other symptoms at the moment? Both eyes are cloudy? Can you by chance get a pic? I'd also recommend starting a new thread. You'll get more eyes (and opinions/advice) that way

So far no improvement with the gramma. Only 3 doses in.. but what if it doesnt clear up after 7 doses? What would be the next course of action at that point

Did dose #5 this morning still no change with the gramma's eye..
Would the copper level in the tank have any affect on the effectiveness of kanaplex? Just got my hanna checker in today for copper (since I was using coppersafe) and copper is reading 2.22ppm and this is after doing a 50% water change before starting kanaplex.. I expected there to still be some but not that much.. so now I'm a bit worried about copper poisoning
I'm tempted to go ahead and move the 3 fish to the display tomorrow, or at the very least the 2 clowns, since they will have spent 10 days in kanaplex.
Advice?
