I need someone to come set this thing up! I have tried to make time to get it going but with everything going on in my life, I need help!:tongue: i cannot do e-mail or phone support, i need in home help. i can pay in frags or trades or cash. i have had this thing for over a year and have been locked out for 3 months and cannot sign in. operation timed out!!! help i have a $500 lamp timer that i cannot control!!!

You can also contact Neptune and they will help you set it up. Great service. They can do screen share and do it all for you.

I'll give that a shot but I have had this for 14 months before i even plugged it in so it is out of warranty period. Technical support probably still continues right? still open to local reefers who work for beer and frags!

Tech support didn't even ask how old mine was. It was bricked (to me) due to a faulty cat6 line for an upgrade. They were great. Did the screen share and he reconfigured all kinds of stuff faster then I could even find a window to open. Got me back up and running in about 20 min.
