Does anybody now what the cause of this is? The coral is fine although before the neon green tip of the tentacles some are turning whitish orange.

A photo would be of great advantage for assessing the issue , but many corals if appearing healthy and has white tips are a sign of growth. Assuming we are referring to an SPS specimen, the white tips are a sign of growth .
If not growth, is a result of lights too bright. Try to run blues high , whites lower. I and many run blues at 70% and whites at 30% or below

grape is euphyllia. i would believe the bleaching is caused by zoox bailout. have you changed the lighting at all? how long have you had it for? any changes in water conditions?

I’ve had it for about a week here’s a pic.

that looks like a natural color shift due to varying water parameters and/or lighting.

btw, grape coral isn’t always easy to find and i like the color of yours, regardless of what it looked like before. it looks more like a nice orange/peach color.
