So...my live rock now looks alive. Do I need to worry about this stuff? Will it take over all of my rock? Is this normal?

Also getting some of this yellow looking stuff. Any info is appreciated!

Ya it could be a type of hair. I dont see the yellow. I do see you have an urchin. It will help to keep it in check. If it is just on the rocks you should look into snails that like to hang out on the rocks. It is totally normal. Tanks go thru stages. Even with live rock, stuff grows. Add light and more stuff will grow. Add nutrients even more stuff will grow. We hope everything that grows is what we want and not what we dont want. To me a little hair algae makes my tank look more natural. Others think it is the evil demon from the depths.

Yellow is most likely sponge, good.
Agree urchin should help keep it clean

The little white things "might" be foraminifera which are fine. I have some larger forams that are hard, but also have things that look exactly like your picture and are soft which don't seem to bother anything.

Hair algae isnt the end of the world and as stated above, its not a bad thing really. But I have some and its choked out and killed the base and center of a Birdsnest colony. Now it gets fragged out if the new clean crew doesnt eat it up. . So you do need to keep it in check.
