Purple might be coralline, which is great thing, but seems early to be that far along... can't tell anything from photo sorry...

It is quite soft and can be blown /torn. I’ll try to adjust flow to target that area better.Likely- cyano and either diatoms or light bacteria. Assure you have adequate water flow. See if this substance blows loose easily with a turkey baster. If so. increase water flow a little.
