Great Customer Service Shout Out

Not affiliated in any way…other than a customer. I have dealt with Reef Breeders twice now, and those guys have AMAZING customer service and support. I broke an impeller shaft on one of my RP-M pumps a while back…they just sent 2 out with basically no question asked 4 free. This past weekend I was doing some routine maintenance on my pumps and when I unplugged the pump from controller (the little socket thing with screw on collar), 2 of the prongs broke off inside the receptacle. 1st contact was yesterday, and today I already got a shipment notice for a new pump…AND 2 new updated controllers. These guys are freakin awesome.

That’s impressive considering today’s environment of companies with bad service . Another shout out I’d like to give is to ecotech as they’ve been very helpful in the past to me where they also exchanged out a bad light and another occasion where they discounted discounted the exterior part of a mp 40 pump .
