I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate the outstanding customer service that your staff provided last week. I visit your store frequently while cruising the net for corals. The employees/owner I interacted with, especially Scott, were very knowledgeable about your store's corals and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find a colorful coral in the flats rather than just being focused on making a quick sale. Even when I call your facility, I am greeted and treated professionally over the phone, especially from Donna.

Because of their efforts, I was able to find exactly what I needed and I am very satisfied with the color and health of the corals. I will continue to visit your store in the future, as well as recommend it to others. Please let Scott and Donna, as well as the other employees Unique Corals, know that their efforts did not go unnoticed. You have put together a great team that makes customers feel respected and valued.

Thanks so much for the kind words. We sincerely appreciate the opportunity to serve you. When we started, we knew that it was important to make customer service the main focus of our business. We focused- we still focus-on building relationships with fellow reefers, and realize that if you treat people the way YOU would want to be treated, everything else works even better. We joke that we are a customer service company that happens to grow corals...and I hope that sums things up for lots of people...We make plenty of mistakes, as you know...but we strive to elevate the customer service to make your experience as great as possible. I too had an outstanding customer service issue. Something with a recent order occurred, Scott and Donna were very prompt and professional in correcting my issue. Will always be on their site for more eye candy with the knowledge I'll receive quality CS and corals.

I haven't made any official purchases yet, but Scott has been very pleasant and informative with any questions I've had. Also Nice to see someone local has done business with them too. I live just outside of Charlotte. Not a lot of shops here compared to when I lived in ATL.n
