Had an issue with Versa pump connected to Calcium Reactor. Contacted EM via email after hours on Friday night. I received a reply first thing Monday morning. After submitting some info, a replacement part was in the mail on Tuesday.
Prompt service and resolution, great customer support. Thank you agent Mike M.
