I have two pump head in my 13.5 Fluval tank. Just want to make sure I did it right .

I'd face them more up towards the water surface to agitate the water. Helps with gas exchange.

Ok with that wouldn't I need something to push around the food on the bottom and stuff. I have the two nozzle already pushing up .

If you have flow breaking the surface, then you good.
