@Hypan is exceptional! Unfortunately ran into an issue with the product, and he helped give me suggestions for troubleshooting. But in the end I had to ship the product back to him.
But he gave me a full refund and even paid for shipping it back! Other than the bit of bad luck with the product, everything was very smooth.
