I would agree with this. I was using a competitor for awhile and recently have been placing a lot of orders with saltwateraquarium.com. Had a recent issue with some products I ordered and they sent me replacements, no questions asked. AWESOME customer service!

Had an issue on a MP40 dry side order that came in damaged due to packaging. They were able to 2-day air a replacement right away and it came in perfectly before I got to the post office to drop off the damaged part that they provided a return label for. Great customer service.
