I know that its actually a pholidichthys leucotaenia and not a blenny. I also know its a greedy little bugger. Within 5 minutes of loading the algae clip with a fresh piece of nori for my tang, he'll rip it out of the clip and drag it down into his hole. No algae for the tang other than grazing. I've tried moving the clip to different spots in the tank, but there's no hiding it from him.
 
Clip than cut your nori into little strips on the clip so he can steal a line at a time :)
