Can anyone help me ID and find ways to remove this green algae all over my sand. It sort of looks like diatoms but green.

Phosphates: 0.03
Nitrate: 0.1
Ph: 8.3
Salinity: 1.025
I use RO/DI water
Tank is over 1 year old

Thanks Seth

This might be green cyanobacteria.

Do you know how i get rid of it?
Sorry, I have no idea. Others on this forum have made suggestions in the past. Use the search function to find these posts. They are all over the map with causes and remedies.

I get them when Nitrate is too low ... which at 0.1 in your tank is. I usually get rid of them when I brush them off and dose Nitrogen/NO3 to get my NO3 level into a 5-10ppm range
