Sigh. Well anyone who has read my introduction thread knows that I recently joined the hobby, and after hiring a professional to come teach me a thing or two, he also pushed some of his Coral onto me-charging me in the process for Coral I did not want. Anyhow, lesson learned. My ultimate plan will be to keep my current tank until all the fish inhabitants are no longer around, then dismantle and start from scratch all over again (I know this well take awhile since my inhabitants seem to be extra hardy and I am okay with that.)

Anyhow, I did not mean to digress. What this post is about is some of the hitchhikers that came with the forced upon me frags.

Could someone kindly help me to identify as well as provide the best removal method for said hitchhiker?

Thank you, and any help would sincerely be appreciated.

Sincerely,
Anxious Newbie

From what I can tell looks like bryopsis, there are a few ways to get rid of it. It can be a real pain to get rid of though.

If you search the forum for options there are some good write ups.

Actually I may have just solved my own post. I was thinking to delete this but thinking keeping this may help others trying to identify this in their tanks.

It is: Caulerpa Verticillata
