Green algae problems

Hi i have a problem with this green algae coating my rocks and glass. Its just super thin green stuff on everything and it comes off easy to a scraper but within a few hours its always back again. Ive been doing water changes every Saturday and i feed daily in the morning and ive tried cutting back the amount but it didn’t seem to do much. What should i do?
