Please help I have taking the rocks out the ones that have it on it and cleaned them and it keeps coming back please help all I have is snails in there as a clean up crow

Kinda looks like turf algae to me. Is it hard or soft to the touch?

Probably turf algae then, or possibly green hair algae or even bryopsis. I'd sick a Tuxedo Urchin on it or maybe try an emerald crab first. The problem with urchins is: a) They often starve to death once all the algae is gone b) They are intolerant of elevated nitrates.

Speaking of nitrates (and phosphates), have you tested for those lately? One (or both) is likely at the root of your problem.

Start from a decrease of light hours and low withe if you can
I have my blue on 9:30am until 1:45pm my whites come with my blues and the white turn off at 7:45pm and my blues stay on until 9:pm
But the must of the green stuff is on the the rocks that is on top about 9" from the lights

Is that

a ramping fixture? I have a long photoperiod too but a long ramp so there's little intensity. So so you can cut intensity or photoperied but just like nutrient control for algae. It weakens them and then manual removal works better or a CUC that targets that algae. I prefer the tooth brush and siphon.

The op has a newer thank I belive so it's still settling in and I'd honestly do the same thing. Pretty soon that coralline will take over the rock. It can't with turf or hair on it.

No ranping fixture T5 lighting but not spent the money for new lighting I'm getting my stuff together for a new build 100 gallon and put my money in the lights for that one
