once the green algae showed up, it is a sign of tank maturity? disregard my nutrients, I feed once a day only, sometimes 2 and nitrate and phosphate are doing great like .10 and less than 10ppm

How old is this tank?
It could be the “Ugly stage”

I am sixty something and I first thought that I am mature when I was 18, then 30, then 40....
Seriously though, not fully mature. Many would regard appearance of corralling algae as a sign of maturity, but even that is not a full guarantee.

maybe because it's a mix of green and brown algae with hair, it's 11 months now

1 more thing I will transfer my tank to my room do you think it will be okay? will put my livestocks in buckets and transfer them will use 75% water again and the rest will be a new one?

How much live stock? Do you have any corals that could possibly sting other corals?
