Ok so I'm really new to this saltwater stuff , my tanks been up and running for over a month. I get green algea on my glass and the surface of my water, I clean it and it comes back within a couple hours. Also got diatom algea all over my sand and rock.

I added 3 hermit crabs, 3 turbo snails, 1 trouchus snail and 1 ninja star snail.

For live stock I have a coral banded shrimp, 2 mocha clown fish and 2 small frags of zoas

My filtration is a bag of carbon, bag of purigen and the stock filter. I have a 32 gal bio cube by coralife.

My water is also cloudy just did a 20% water change it cleared it up a little.

Sadly most cleaners hate slime algae I think the only one that will eat it is queen conchs and my favorite way to get rid of green slime is boyd chemiclean it's really good and also how long has your tank been set up

It's more like little specs kinda like sand floating around but green

Check your phosphate levels. They will be too high. Bring this down via a phosphate remover and you'll see it start to go.
