Green and Red Algae taking over ...

Hi Guys,
i need your help, my rock used to clean for the past 10months but last weeks i am starting to have a greener aquarium with some red algaes also. Photos attached, what should i do?
What is missing? What have i done wrong?

Welcome to R2R.. do you know your nutrient numbers, p04 & n03? looks like cyano from the photos.
 
Hi @Retro thank you very much for your help. Not sure if the 25% i did yesterday helped lower the values but PO4 is 0 in 2 different testers and NO3 is at 10/15.. any clue?

This will sound counter intuitive but try feeding more to get your P04 up to around .02 to .05, 0 phosphates can trigger cyano blooms. the Hanna you are using is probably not going to work.. the Hanna ULR phosphate checker is best for testing these super low levels.
 
Thanks i will surely try feeding a bit more. Probably i am too cautios and working with sump and external filter with phosphate removers might prove too much. I did a 25% water change yesterday not sure if it might help. I also added crabs and hermits to try to clean that hope it helps too. Any other ideas? I hate this algaes!
