My lfs just got a pair of these in and they are quite fascinating little gobies. My question is would they be ok with a royal gramma and a bangaii cardinal? Tank size is 25g bowfront mixed reef and has been up for 6 months. I just don't want to buy them and then run into problems because my royal gramma or bangaii want to eat them or something. Thanks

Mark

Depending on how small they are and how big the Bangaii is, the Bangaii may try to eat them, but in most cases they will be fine.

The bangaii is still a juvi but I was more concerned with the gramma as he's about 2" and kind of the boss of the tank. I haven't been able to find any information on anyone keeping the 2 species together. Thank you for the response

Grammas only care about other cave dwelling fish. He won't care about a small perching fish.

I’ve had one green banded goby for the last 3-4 years. Nothing bothers it. It doesn’t bother anything:) It’s in with a blue spot watchman/ tiger pistol shrimp, multicolor angel, geometric Pygmy hawkfish
