Green Boring Algae on my Chalice

I guess it was losing it's flesh, cause it was on high flow( right next to the flow motor)
and high light. And I see the skeleton is covered with green algae, is it green boring algae? and if so, should I frag it?

I don't have any chalice, and I'm sure someone that keeps them will chime in here..... but that chalice looks completely dead.
