Green Brain Coral Mouths Gaping

I bought a green brain from my fish store I’ve had it for about a week and two days ago it started gaping where I could see it’s skeleton and now won’t close should I be worried

Can you provide a white light image, lighting type and basic chem please? Definitely looks problematic to me.
