I have had very small BTA several weeks now that has been very reclusive.
Several days ago I turned over the rock it was attached to. It remained there and I thought maybe my clowns might notice it and it seemed content. I fed it some brine shrimp last night with a syringe. It ate and looked happy.
This morning it was missing.
I decided to take a couple of rocks out and place them in my 125. It wasnt where I thought it might be.
I have removed every rock one by one and it is NOWHERE to be found.
I dont know if it got beamed up or what but its gone.

I'm sure you just overlooked it and it crawled in a crack or something they move a lot at first then when they find a place they like they usually stay a while

Is your water cloudy or anything. Could it have moved up the glass into a power head?

I have 3 and they all went in caves with no lights getting to them. Anyone know why they do this? They seem happy where they're at, I thought they need light?

Water is fine. I did stir things up as I moved most everything into my 125 today. Possibly even the MIA BTA. This tank has a large euro brace and I searched all under it and powerheads. Guess I wont worry about it. It's to reclusive for my liking and it was free with some live rock.

Came home late this evening and that booger was out and on the rock it had been on.
Dont know how I missed seeing it. Guess my eyes have gotten worse than I thought.
