I have been battling with this stuff for a couple of months now, but I've still made no real progress. I have been manually taking all my rock out and scraping the bubble algae off with a Razor blade. Here is what my tank looks like(I just scraped all the rocks) any advice?

emerald crab, but it also looks as though you may have high nutrients
Ya, I just don't understand how. I read 0 nitrate all the time, I put in rodi water, And I only feed the tank about once every 3 days.

Had similar issue, culprit turned out to be silica, added silica buster cartridge from Spectrapure to RO system, I see testing company's now offer testing for both aquarium water and RO water, I do try to have aquarium water tested twice per year, would do more often, stupid bills, food and such!!! Always have had it, and still have , probable always will, but present location water is super high in silica, also learned from member, German Reefers call them "pearls from the sea" and not really a bad thing kept in check, let it bother me for years, I have now become one with it, " Feel the force Luke Skywalker"!!!

i tryed algea scrubber diy since then all algeas been gone i had red bubbles and my yellow tang tore it up with tang and algea scrubber i have no algea problems

You're very unlikely to starve it out without killing everything else. Manual removal with the aid of an emerald crab or fox face is a better plan IMO.

You read zero Nitrates because the algae is consuming it before you can test for it, most likely a false result. Even though, if your Nitrates truly are low, this algae can still spread fairly well. Do not pop them under water as this will release pores out into the water column and spread it. Take an airline hose and suck some of it out, popping it should be ok as long as its getting sucked up, immediately. Also Emerald Crabs really do help a ton!
