Green bubble tip anemone looking terrible and will not eat!?

Yes my green bubble tip will not eat or loosen up any as in start looking better. Idk what it is with these gba’s but I cannot keep them! Please help, any tips that you guys have done? If stuff doesn’t work out I’ll just take it back to the lfs. Thanks to all!

How old is the tank? The rock looks pretty new.

In addition to the above questions, size of tank, lighting and water parameters will help. In the meantime I would stop trying to feed it.

About 1 month now.

The tank is 2 years old I just recently had issues with hair algae so I just decided to remove the rock and add new rock.

You basically started a brand new tank if you replaced the rock
