I brought home a green bubble tip anemone this past Sunday, I put it front, and center to hopefully attract my clowns to it. It looked great for 4hrs or so, then it hid it's self under/behind a rock. Could my lighting be to bright? As of today it is still in the same place. Thanks ahead of time for any help!

They will occasionally move to a new location. Chances are it was looking for a sheltered spot to attach itself where it can retract. I'd give it a day or so - it will most likely make an appearance at some point.

During this process I would highly suggest covering your wave maker if you have one. While nems get settled they tend to scope around the place and I unfortunately lost high end nems this way. :(

As long as YOU HAVE RESEARCHED WHAT ANEMONE NEED the best thing to so is keep your hands off, keep things stable and manage parameters.

3 week old, Tank is a JBJ 28gal led wi-fi nano-cube, with wave maker, upgraded filter basket (first chamber is floss, second is chemi-pure elite, third is rubble. Tank was set up with live sand, and live sand from my local suppliers stingray tank, all rock was also live rock from them, also their premixed R.O water. Tank contains a pair of clowns, a long nose hawk fish, a emerald crab, and of course the green bubble tip.
Parameters are,
Ammonia 0
Nitrate 0
Nitrite 0
PH 8.2
Temp 77
Salinity 1.026

Nitrate at zero is a problem however it looks like you're using API tests which is the first issue. Have your LFS test water (make sure they don't use API) and in the mean time get some better tests. Salifert, red sea, hanna. Nitrate, phosphate, alkalinity, calcium, magnesium, and Ph.

Gotcha, I'll order the Hanna pro kit, and the pH, and low nitrate kits. $355 bucks for all of them, but I want reliable tests. I always used API in the past but I only had fish, and basic inverts. Thanks for the info everyone!
