Green button palys not opening

For the last couple day my green button palys haven’t been opening. I did a 25% water change think that may help even thought my levels where ok. My frogspawn hammer corals and mushrooms are all doing great. Just can’t figure out what’s going on with the palys.

Do you have any pictures? They can be frustrating but I'd say to just give them some time.

Would like to know what is near them, seen hammers in the same water flow path as nearby polyps actually "sting?" them.

Hammer corals aren’t near them. I have been battling some hair algae wasn’t sure if that might the cause
