Green cabbage coral getting glossy

It’s starting to get real shiny is this normal
Is it shedding ? Is there anything I need to do ?

It's shedding. Many softies close up and pop off a waxy coating which is believed to be a defense mechanism to having algae grow on them. Higher flow clears it off faster but idk that cabbage leathers love super high flow

Yep, just shedding. Don't need to do anything, just wait a few days and the shiny layer will peel back and it'll be back to normal
