Green Chromis being weird...

I looked at my tank this morning and saw one of my chromis doing this (refer to video). All of my other fish are fine.

Nitrite-0
Nitrate-5
Alk-7

He’s breathing pretty hard and not moving. While I don’t know what your fish ailments may be , I would suggest to add carbon and run an airstone unless you have a skimmer already. Point the power heads at he surface

I’ve had him for 2 months and he’s been fine. I am running carbon and I’ll adjust the Powerheads.
