I have four green chromis and one seems to have a pink/red dot on its left fin so I'm not sure what it is. If its injured ( was being picked on by damsels) or if its sick so I can qt it

Green Chromis are well known for "picking off" fish until just one remains. Probably a wound if it's on a fin; if it's on the body and reddish we usually suspect uronema.

I seen him trying to swim near my fire shrimp and he picked something off of him and that's great to know especially since I wanted to make a school of them

I originally had 7 and am now down to 5 and as @Big G said, they have a habit of picking on the weakest member of the group.

Mine are all different sizes going equally from the largest to the smallest. So I guess this is their established hierarchy.
