My tank is very cloudy and green and I dont know what to do. I was thinking some sort of UV sterilizer but it wouldnt get here until tuesday. Or should i do water changes or copepods... please help!

Looks like a bloom. Yes to a water change (maybe 25% to start), no to copepods - and yes, a UV and carbon (if you're not already using any) will probably help in the future.

As @BanjoBandito suggested - listing your livestock, water parameters and any supplements that you're using would be helpful.

How big is the tank, how old is the tank, have any changes happened recently, what kind of livestock is in it, parameters?
Its a 40 gallon breeder, i have 4 fish snails hermit crabs 4 corals and an anemone, no changes recently and parameters are Ammonia 0 Nitrite 0. Nitrate 0 PH 7.8 Salinity )

It has a uv light in the incasing
That wasn't immediately apparent from the description. Is that a good UV? I personally wouldn't use it, but I have a much larger system and different requirements. It may work for your needs - having never used it I'm just speculating.

Ended up going with this one, seemed better and reviews agreed that this one worked better with reef tanks the other was good enough for smaller freshwater

It'll work for now.

I have the same issue. Guys at the fish store said my water is test is good. I did a water change for the second time. Cleaned my skimmer and waiting to see what happens
