I'm working on starting up my first tank and before I even had water in my tank I had already made my fish wish list. The first fish I decided on was a green clown goby. I even already picked out a name, Booger. :) I was talking to the owner at my lfs today to see if he could get one in and he said he could but he stopped carrying them because they're not very hardy and he ends up losing too many.

I'd love to hear from people who have had them what your experience is.

Wait, that one I lost after a year because I accidentally sucked it up in a water change and it died after I drained the water and it sat in the bucket. Darn, darn, darn, I forgot about that. Thanks. One of my horrible keeper days. So, it could have lasted a lot longer.

Boy, after three kids, my memory really needs to be jogged at times.

@DeniseAndy I did that with a pom pom crab. Definitely my worse reef keeping day thus far... Not looking forward to worse days.

We had a green clown goby for a few months when we first started reefing but gave it away because it kept sitting on ALL the coral (looked like the duncan was trying to eat it a few times) and started picking on acans (don't think we were feeding enough).
