Green Clown Goby

I just bought this green clown goby. I am in the process of acclimating it to my tank. But I noticed these black bumps on it. Anyone know what it could be? I do not have a QT tank. Should I put it in my tank?

I would not add it. You can make a QT with a bucket, heater, and an air stone.

Dactylogyrus trematodes

These are a type of fluke or flatworm, but not one that we encounter every day. The usual treatments for flukes like Prazipro, General Cure, Freshwater dips and Formalin will all work for this.
