Green devils hand

So I have a really nice devils hand that came in a ‘surprise’ set of corals. It seems to be doing well. However it sheds its skin more often than I would expect.
It looks good with great polyp extension for about 2-3 days. Then it pulls them in for several days then sheds its skin ( my lawnmower blennie loves to help). A few days later it starts again.
so essentially the cycle happens every 7-8 days. Is this normal?

How old us your tank

Middle height in the tank. Good flow.
I bet it's because if the new tank. Changing water parameters and just going along with the maturing tank.
Nepthea is also a possibility I find it hard to I'd when they are so small

Drop it down a little bit. It looks like a little too much light to me.

Thanks both! To be clear, it seems happy - I’m just trying to understand if the shed cycle time is normal. I will move it a bit lower and see what happens.

Probably complaining a bit. It is not normal to shed so much, FME. However, I am battling hair algae and am in taking bits out all the time and my leathers are shedding more than normal. So, could be water changes.
It is a beautiful piece though. Nice and healthy from the looks of it.
