Green dust algae on glass and sand

So my tank is 2months and 19 days old. Daily I come home from work and the glass and sand is covered with green dust algae. I can scrub it off with magnet and storing around sand. I have a bag of phosphate remover on my return pump. Skimmer is doing good. Only feeding 1/4 mysis cube at night for 6 fish. 60 gallon tank. Emperor 400 hob filter, sump with 4 layers filter floss, 5lb bag carbon, 5lb bag ceramic rings. I did 40% wc 2 weeks ago. Using rodi water and reef salt.
Cuc: 4 turbos, 3 tronchus, 1 blood shrimp
What do I need to do to stop this or assist in it?

Film algae is normal on your glass. Algae on your sand is likely diatoms.

For the film on the glass, getting a good algae scraper like the flipper is the key.

The diatoms will likely go away on their own in a shortish amount of time.
