Green film algae

It's a big thick tubing that does the gravel vac I got it from Petco 2 years ago for my freshwater tanks but yea the piece I do water change with it's like easily a 2-3 inch diameter opening it's big
I hate to promote a specific brand but the tubing on the Python is so much nicer than the cheapie Petco vac I used for a bit on a previous tank -- way easier to crimp and release with one hand. (This may or may not apply to the one you're using)

*aside -- not sure this is the case but a 2-3" diameter tube might be bigger than you'd want for the exposed sand areas I'm guessing you have to work with (...but just speculating based on the one pic you posted)

Yes I can post a pic of the python it's so hard to get into small places I can only use it in a few places on my tank as it's only a 20L it's really inconvenient... Taking a picture now if it and posting

Here's the glorious point of sale

So I'm having a green film problem on my rocks and sandbed. I already have a bunch of blue legged hermit crabs and 2 trochus snails and a few assassin snails. Any thing else I could add to help with this? Here is a picture of it under white light. You can't even notice it under blue lights.

normal uglies, harmless, FAR better than getting cyano or dinos. time fixes it

I just beat cyano omg that was terrible.. it was so bad even my fish were having oxygen deprivation problems..my corals took a hard hit but are all still alive and doing good. But yea that's all I have in the tank it's just ugly to my eye
