Hello friends

I am selling my 4 years old Green Gigantea and his 20 hosts. It is about 20 inches across. Here is a video
The clowns are mixed . I will ask $25 each and the Gigantea will be $600 obo.

Everything you see on the video is for sale.

Before you ask me the reason why I am selling everything take a look at this video of my ELOS 200 Gallon Tank:

Wow, is that a high end elos aquarium busting at the seams?

That's awful

Try baking soda and superglue for temporary fix!
Doesn’t need that long to cure like silicon

And maybe some flex tape

Sorry to hear about your tank. If you were closer, I'd offer to house your gigantea for you until you got a new tank or your current tank is repaired.

Feel your pain. Had a 160XL do the exact same thing a few years back. Was outside the 2 year warranty. Was offered a tube of silicone from Elos. Big tanks to have no top bracing. Good Luck.

Mine is a 160XL too
Elos has a horrible customer service. How did you repaired it? Do you know what is the silicone brand they use?

Can't be much help with their silicone brand name. I was in complete shock that this was how Elos was handling the situation. I declined the free tube of silicone. I ended up tanking the tank out of the house piece by piece. Goes to show everyone reading this - No matter how much it cost, they can all fail. Be prepared.

Try plumbers goop. It sealed my 200g. it held up for a while, before I decided taking it down.
The leak was very similar to yours, but within the corner of one of the overflows, so I was able to temporarily lower the water level
While at the same time keeping the tank running.

Leaks like that
You would usually do light patch work while you rehome everything and reseal all pieces
Baking soda and super glue is like cement, and you don’t need to wait days for it to cure
If you do patch it up and leave it just be prepared that it may pop at anytime due to weakness in the patch
Also if you have heavy power heads you might wanna turn them down or off to reduce stress on seams

Wow that is just insane. Really beautiful how it’s like a small town.
