Green goo growing in love rocks

anyone knows what this stuff is ?

Looks like it could be dinoflagellates. An awful kind of algae.

Even worse.... Bubble algae!

If it is goo like texture, maybe euglena. You'd have to get a sample on a microscope to confirm. Even if confirmed, I am not sure I would know what to suggest to do about it.

I am 100% sure that is bubble algae (green valonia)
