I have lost most of my SPS. I have a few left still somewhat alive but have Green Hair Algae on them where dead. If I pull out of the tank and spray with Hydrogen Peroxide will it kill the coral?

Depending on the concentration of hydrogen peroxide it may damage the coral tissue. I would use a syringe and try to target the algae. Also corals won’t be that bothered by some algae. Best is to identify the issue and solve it.

I am a new member here but I want to share an experience that happened to me a couple years ago.
Like many reefers, I was battling green hair algae for a long time using diff methods including peroxide and increasing Mg to 2,000ppm (it's not a typo, my current level is still around 1700). I went on a two-week vacation and asked a friend to take care of the tank for me. Well, she got in a car accident and I came back expecting disaster. To my surprise, the tangs had learned to eat and clean up all green hair. Even the clownfish would eat it. They didn't pluck algae off the rocks but would eat what ever the tangs left floating in the water column. The only green hair algae I have to clean up now is in the overflow box.
